My vacation’s not over, but I have a bit of silverwork to finish before heading to the farm for my grandmother’s 90th birthday. I’m building her a pendant with an angel “holding” a dark sapphire in her hands. Probably a little arty but I think she’d like it any way. Though she’d probably also like a doily. I still am not ready for the doilies…
Here’s a shot from my vacation. This is the second night we spent at the Gorge. The bright sticks in the background are wind turbines from the windfarm across the river canyon. They made me very happy.
